Covid-19: work for refugees
RANGE OF WORK
Graphic design, charity, art direction
Work towards the help of refugees in Paris during the Covid-19 pandemic.
I was hired by a collective of NGOs helping refugees in Paris. I made posters, flyers and a satyrical logo redesign in order to help refugees living in Paris who's lives had been severly impacted by Covid-19.
The first task was to adapt a poster made by the CDC with the guidlines and symptoms of covid-19 in six languages.
I then designed flyers with information about hospitals, clinics and NGO that can help someone who is sick. The flyers had to be in French, English, Arabic, Bengali, Dari and Pashto.
Finally, the NGOs asked me to make a parody of the logo of the OFII, the French office of immigration and integration as it is higly critisized. I created a version of the original design where the charcter in the middle representing the French bureaucracy repeals asylum seekers instead of welcoming them.
